Transformation Consulting is a retainer based engagement with a business and its team based on a business plan, strategic plan, project plan and direction of the leadership team to achieve the measurable goals that will result in improved business effectiveness, both for the team and the organization.

Transformation consulting includes the following:

  1.  Project leadership for implementation and integration of technologies to support business strategic plans, setup of key operational departments like the integrated back office (HR, Acct, IT).
  2.  Interim leadership roles while a company is implementing new technologies, growing or in times of change and transition.  The leadership skills we bring to the table allow us to easily fit into any organization and guide teams to the next levels.  Roles we can provide in an interim capacity are:  CIO, CTO, IT Director/Management, CEO, COO, and Back Office Management.  The interim roles, on average, are 6 – 12 months and paid on a monthly retainer basis.
